While driving to a call, Sgt. Boruchowitz sees a four wheel ATV in the roadway. As soon as Boruchowitz lights the suspect up, they are in pursuit which takes them through the desert. After a bumpy ride, the ATV crashes and the Sergeant arrests the injured man. Medical aid arrives and takes the man to the hospital. After the man is released from the hospital, Boruchowitz visits the apologetic man in the jail.
