Deputy Riley is dispatched to a call of a man in his 40’s that’s shooting a pellet gun at the callers 12 year old son. Deputy Riley arrives in the area and spots the man in his car trying to leave the scene. Deputy Riley pulls the vehicle over and the suspect is taken into custody. The suspect admits to owning and regularly firing his airsoft gun, but says he hasn’t used it today. After speaking with the woman and her son deputies decide to arrest the suspect for child abuse.
