Officer Johnathan Estrada attempts to stop a bicyclist for riding on the wrong side of the road. Officer Estrada pulls up next to the rider and asks him to stop, but he refuses. The bike rider bails and runs to a nearby house where he sits down on the front porch and is taken into custody. The bike rider ran because of a child support warrant, he’s taken to jail and the bike is given to a relative.
