Officer Kevin McCort receives a call of a suspicious subject jumping fences and running through backyards in a neighborhood. When the officer arrives, the suspect is hiding in a backyard, trying to allude officers. The suspect is seen and begins running and jumping over a wall trying to get away from police. He tries to hide again but he is quickly found. With his pants around his ankles and hanging upside from a fence, officers take him into custody, where he is charged with trespassing and obstruction.
